a space to help parents, help their children
Parenting can sometimes leave us feeling out of our depth, this is especially true when our child is struggling. I offer support sessions for parents whose children are in counselling or for parents who would like to broaden their own support system whilst navigating parenthood through the teenage years.
Together we may look at family systems and dynamics, create practical tools to manage and navigate your child’s emotions or focus on a one- off specific concern. I firmly believe that helping the wider system around the child has benefits for the entire family. Parent support is available as single or multiple sessions.
